Service, courage and love

I am trying to cultivate service, courage and love in my life. When I am healthy and happy I am able to give and make my immediate environment more peaceful which in turn creates a domino effect of helping each other. I find I need to have a balance of taking care of myself, my family, my community and the world and then there is peace. Have a great day!
